These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through our Bel-Taxi website. It is advisable to carefully review these terms before finalizing a reservation.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • Company, we, us, our: “Bee-T services,” operating as “Bel-Taxi” or “Bel-taxi.com,” a publicly listed company under Belgian and European laws, registered with Belgium’s Commercial Register under number 0737.983.819.

  • Customer: Refers to the individual paying for the reservation through our website.

  • Passengers: Refers to all individuals traveling under the reservation, whether named or unnamed.

  • Principal passenger: The first person listed in the reservation.

  • You and your: Refer to the customer; includes any other specified passengers in the reservation.

  • Transport company: A professional entity providing airport transfer services to the customer.

  • Reservation: Refers to a booking made via our website for airport transfer.

  • Transfer service: Any service related to passenger transport provided by us.

  • Transfer voucher, Reservation voucher, Voucher: Confirmation received via email after making a reservation.

  • Contract: Includes every reservation made and its associated conditions.

  • Conditions: General terms outlined here.

  • Website, Websites: Refers to airporttaxis.com or other sites managed by us related to this website.

2. ABOUT US

We are responsible for both individual and group transfers. Operating under “Bel-taxi.com,” we are based at Excelsiorlaan 71, 1930 Zaventem, Belgium. Our services adhere to national regulations, supported by all necessary permits and licenses. We collaborate with professional transfer companies to ensure quality service.

3. ONLINE RESERVATIONS

The individual completing the reservation process must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for providing accurate information and full payment.

A contract with Bel-Taxi is finalized upon receipt of a transport service voucher via email. If services cannot be fulfilled by the transport company, the full payment is refunded to the customer.

4. PAYMENT OF TRANSPORT SERVICE

We accept various payment methods including credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), debit cards (Visa Delta, Visa Electron), bank transfers, and PayPal (for larger amounts with a surcharge).

All rates are quoted in euros; currency conversions during payment are not our responsibility.

5. CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS

Alterations to reservation details on the voucher must be communicated to admin@test.sohumedya.com. Changes are effective only upon confirmation by the transport company and may incur additional costs borne by the customer.

6. CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER

Cancellations must be sent in writing to admin@test.sohumedya.com. Full refunds apply to cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled collection; no refunds apply for cancellations within 24 hours.

7. LAST-MINUTE RESERVATIONS

Dependent on availability, last-minute reservations are subject to standard conditions (Chapters 5, 6, and 8).

8. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY THE TRANSPORT

The transport company notifies customers promptly of any changes or cancellations to services. We strive to meet customer requirements; any downgrade in vehicle category results in a fare difference refund.

9. USE OF CHILD SEATS

Child seat rules comply with national and international laws. Customers must notify us in advance if they intend to bring their own seat. Group services may not accommodate child seats.

10. PRICES FOR CHILDREN

Children and babies are considered full passengers and are charged accordingly.

11. TRANSPORTING PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES OR WHEELCHAIRS

Customers requiring special assistance must inform us beforehand. We can transport collapsible wheelchairs; for other needs, please contact us for feasibility.

12. RESERVATION OF EXTRA INTERMEDIATE STOPS

Requests for additional stops must be specified during online booking, with a maximum stop duration of 5 minutes.

13. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for unexpected costs incurred during travel.

14. OUR LIABILITY

We are liable only for losses directly linked to our negligence, up to the amount paid for the transfer. We are not responsible for indirect losses or disruptions beyond our control.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

In cases of force majeure, we are not liable for service disruptions. This includes events like natural disasters or government actions.

17. TRANSPORT SERVICES

Our services include shared transfers, shuttles, and private transfers. Routes shown on our website are indicative; actual routes may vary.

18. COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

18.1 Contact with the Driver

If you are unable to locate the Transport Company’s driver upon arrival, it is your responsibility to contact our customer service using the number provided on your voucher. Failure to contact our Customer Service in such cases will result in forfeiture of our obligations to you, and no refund for the Transport Service will be issued. In the event that our driver cannot locate you, our customer service will attempt to contact you using the mobile number provided during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure availability on this mobile number during key moments such as baggage claim or customs checks. Failure to be reachable on this number releases us from our obligations without refund of the paid amount. Should you not be picked up at the airport, you must call us within ten minutes of your scheduled pick-up time. All calls to our customer service are recorded by an external company and serve as valid evidence in disputes.

18.2 Use of Alternative Transport

If our transfer services are unused without prior notice and approval from us, no refund will be provided. This policy also applies if alternative transport services are used; reimbursement for such costs requires valid proof of payment.

18.3 Responsibility for Timeliness

It is your responsibility to verify pick-up times and be punctual for check-ins at airports or stations.

18.4 Route Adjustments

We endeavor to transport customers as close as possible to their destination. In cases of unforeseen circumstances like road closures, roadworks, or accidents, the Transport Company may, with your consent and at your request, take an alternative route to reach the final destination. Any additional costs incurred will be charged to you.

18.5 Luggage

Each passenger is allowed one bag or suitcase with a maximum combined size of 158 cm (length + width + height), in addition to handbags and small bags. All luggage must be labeled with the owner’s name and destination address. We do not accept liability for unlabeled baggage.

18.6 Passenger Responsibilities

By entering into a contract with us, you implicitly confirm that you are of legal age and possess the mental capacity to understand and accept all responsibilities and liabilities associated with this contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of pick-up and destination details on the voucher received via email. Any errors should be reported to our Customer Service promptly for correction. Reservations not conforming to mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) cannot be processed, and no refunds will be issued for such reservations.

18.7 Documentation and Compliance

As a passenger, it is your responsibility to possess all necessary documents for crossing borders. Failure to comply with immigration laws or regulations absolves us of any liability for resulting costs or denial of entry. Our voucher does not serve as a valid visa for entry into any country.

18.8 Prohibited Items

You agree not to transport prohibited items such as firearms, hazardous materials, excessively large or fragile items, or pets (except guide dogs) in our vehicles. You are solely responsible for your belongings; we do not accept liability for loss or damage during transport.

18.9 Vehicle Access and Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse access to our vehicles to any person under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose behavior poses a threat to themselves, our driver, or fellow passengers. Consumption of alcohol or drugs, smoking, or eating is strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

18.10 Complaints

In case our services do not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service immediately. We can only address complaints reported promptly or during the service. Complaints submitted after the service has concluded cannot be resolved. Please use the contact details on your transfer service voucher to submit complaints within 28 days of your return date.

18.11 Languages

Our website is available in multiple languages, and we aim to expand language support further. All disputes will be handled based on the English version in case of discrepancies or uncertainties in translations.

18.12 Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the content of our website, including copyrights and trademarks, are reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited without our express permission.

18.13 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law, and any disputes will be settled in Belgian courts. The invalidity of any provision in these Terms and Conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

18.14 Privacy Policy

We prioritize privacy protection and comply with all relevant laws. Your personal data collected during reservations or visits to our website is used solely for service delivery, payment processing, and communication related to our services. We do not share your email address with third-party transport companies for marketing purposes without your consent. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting admin@test.sohumedya.com.
